Definitions:

- "Host" means a user who creates a listing for a property on the platform.

- "Guest" means a user who books a property through the Host platform.

- "Complaint" means a rating and/or comment left by a Host about a Guest.

- "User" means a person using the platform, i.e. Host

User Agreement:

1. By using Genuine Guest, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Genuine Guest Terms and Conditions User Responsibilities:

1. Use the platform only for lawful purposes.

2. Respect other users' privacy and intellectual property.

3. Refrain from posting false, misleading, or defamatory content.

4. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Complaint Guidelines:

1. Complaint must be based on personal experiences with the Guest.

2. Complaint must not contain offensive language, discrimination, or hate speech. Host Obligations:

1. Ensure accurate and up-to-date listing information.

2. Respond promptly to Guest inquiries and bookings.

3. Provide safe and clean accommodations.

Liability:

1. Genuine Guest is not liable for damages arising from user interactions.

2. We are not responsible for verifying user identities or backgrounds.

3. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Dispute Resolution:

1. Any disputes arising from use of the platform will be resolved through arbitration. 2. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with Indian Judicial System. Termination:

1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any user account.

2. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease.

Intellectual Property:

1. Genuine Guest owns all intellectual property rights to the platform.

2. Users grant us a non-exclusive license to use their content.

Governing Law:

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Judicial System. 2. Any disputes will be resolved in High Court of Telangana.

Changes to Terms:

1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.

2. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
